Just wanted to let the guys who knew Scott Walz (call sign Homeboy)
that he is dead. He committed suicide at his home in Johnsburg.
Scott was a good guy and loved playing airsoft with the guys on this team. I remember the first practice he was at with a bolt action sniper rifer, he went all out. At the end of practice we all came out a little muddy, but Homeboy was crawling in the mud and came out covered head to toe in that swamp mud, even his black rifle was loaded with mud!
I don't have any information on his service. But it's too bad that a fun kid like Scott had to go the way he did.

He will be missed! God bless him and his family. Not only did he crawl out of that mud, he crawled out like a Toxic 6 Ghost Marine would, he suited up in full marine gear as one of us.
Scott's funeral is being held at Colonial Funeral home on Ridge view Dr. In
McHenry, ILl...it's off off Bull Valley rd. Between crystal lake rd. And route 31. His parents asked that anyone from the team who wanted to attend the funeral, please wear your Toxic 6 uniform (MARPAT) in remembrance.
I thought it would be good if we tried all showing up between 6:00 and 7:00 to represent the team.
